How do I place an order?
Pieco will accept orders via phone, fax, e-mail, and this web site. You do not need to use Pieco part numbers to order. After you place your order, we will send you an acknowledgement via fax or e-mail.
How do I place my first web order?
Just tell us your contact information, shipping and billing addresses the first time you order and we will save the information for future orders.
Do you have a small order policy?
At Pieco, we do not have order minimums.
What are your business hours ?
We take web orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
What if I could not find exactly what I needed in the webstore?
Fax or e-mail us a description of the product you need, manufacturer part number, or drawing, or give us a call.

When you provide us your email address, we will send you emails related to processing your order or to respond to a request. For example, after you place an order at Piecoweb.com, you will receive an email confirmation and an email with package tracking information.
